Loaned Tuition Option

This cohort is a loaned tuition program that enables students access to a 6 months specialization training in 3D or 2D Cut-Out animation and employment prospects upon completion. Upon securing employment, students can repay the tuition fee within a 12-month period.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• A portfolio demonstrating artistic skills
• Applicant must reside in Lagos.
• Applicant must have an intermediate knowledge of 3D or 2D Cut-Out animation
• Must possess a workable computer/laptop
• Commitment to the full 6-month training program
• Attendance of virtual classes, workshops, and live sessions
• Provide required documentation (Identification, Income Share Agreement & Guarantors)

Self Funded Option

This cohort is a self funded tuition program that enables students access to a 6 months specialization training in 3D or 2D Cut-Out animation with the sum of $250 (N250,000). Upon completion of the training program student will be given access to our talent acquisition funnel.

• Applicant can reside anywhere in the world.
• Applicant must have an intermediate knowledge of 3D or 2D Cut-Out animation
• Must possess a workable computer/laptop
• Commitment to the full 6-month training program

What software will I be using for the training?

The training primarily focuses on software like Toon Boom Harmony for 2D Cut-Out animation, Maya and Blender for 3D animation and other industry-standard tools.

Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in the program?

Yes, you must have an intermediate knowledge of 3D or 2D Cut-Out animation to qualify for this training.

Is the training entirely virtual, or are there physical sessions?

The training will be conducted virtually through live sessions, workshops, and self-paced assignments. There will also be physical meetings within the training periods.

Do I need to reside in Lagos to qualify for the training.

If you are going for the loaned tuition option, you must reside in Lagos. If you are going for the Self-funded option you can access the training anywhere in the world.

What kind of employment opportunities can I expect after the program?

Upon successful completion, individuals may be considered for job positions such as Character Animator, Storyboard Artist, or Junior Animator within our animation studio or affiliated networks for those under the loaned tuition program. Self-funded students will gain access to our talent acquisition funnel for potential opportunities.

How long does the training program last?

The training is a 6-month program, providing comprehensive learning in 3d or 2D Cut-Out Animation techniques.

What certification would I be getting?

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be getting a Diploma certification that’s globally recognised. 

Is it a financial aid, scholarships or loaned tuition program?

This cohort has two payment options. A  loaned tuition option and a Self-funded option. 

How does tuition repayment work after securing employment?

If you opt-in on the loaned tuition option, your tuition reimbursement occurs within the specified 12-month period post-employment, allowing students to repay the tuition fee of $500 or N600,000 in instalments once they secure a job in the industry.
